Time Travelers: 250 Years of Fun

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday at Time Travelers camp! This week, campers will journey through the past, present, and future of our country in a fun, age-appropriate way. Along the way, we’ll explore American art, fashion, music, stories, and inventions from different time periods. Campers will create hands-on projects and wrap up the week by imagining what the future might look like as we dream up the next 250 years. Through creativity, collaboration, and storytelling, history comes to life in this imaginative camp experience. 🕰️📜🏛️

DETAILS:

• Campers must be between ages 5 & 9 years old at the time of camp to attend.
• There is a 15 camper maximum for each week of camp.
• Campers must be sent with a snack, lunch, water bottle, and change of clothes daily.
• Outside toys are not permitted at camp.
• All participants must be fully potty-trained and independent in the bathroom to attend camp.
• Friday activities may include an offsite field trip (within walking distance) or a special onsite event. Camp details are listed on our website—please reach out promptly if this presents any concerns for your family.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT CAMP CHECK-IN:

• Drop-off will be at the Cowan House door on Second Street at 9am. AM care with early drop-off starting at 8am can be added for $25 per week by choosing “Camp + AM Care” under “Ticket type” for your chosen week of camp. For camps offering single day registration, AM care with early drop-off starting at 8am can be added for $5 per day by choosing “Single Day + AM Care” under “Ticket type” for your chosen day of camp.
• A Museum team member will be at the door to welcome campers.
• A guardian must sign-in the camper before leaving.
  

WHAT TO EXPECT AT CAMP CHECK-OUT:

• Pick-up will be at the Science Center doors next to the main entrance at 1pm.
• A Museum team member will be near the door to assist campers with gathering their belongings.
• An authorized adult must show ID & sign-out camper before leaving.

GENERAL: $250, GENERAL + AM CARE: $275 

MEMBER: $200, MEMBER + AM CARE: $225

IF APPLICABLE SINGLE DAY: $50 per day, SINGLE DAY + AM CARE: $55 per day. Click “Show individual events” to register for a single days.

You must have an active membership at the time of registration and camp dates, be registered with the website, and signed in at the time of registration to receive the discount and pre-sale availability. Member discount does not apply to single day registration.
